At ResortQuest Whistler, the health and safety of our guests, homeowners, and employees is our number one priority. We want to make you aware of the steps we are taking to protect against the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).

ResortQuest Whistler’s task force

We have established a task force to actively monitor the spread of COVID-19. Our task force meets daily and is taking action to support the safety of our guests, homeowners, employees, and communities.

POOL, HOT TUB, SAUNA AND FITNESS CENTRE CLOSURES

Closures for all properties

Please note that we have temporarily closed all property swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas and fitness centres until further notice, based on the direction of the British Columbia CDC. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Guest reservations

Changing or canceling an upcoming trip

While our mission is to provide guests with exceptional vacation experiences, we understand that many other important factors might affect your decision to travel right now. We encourage you to consult current CDC travel advisories for any concerns about traveling.

If you have booked through a third party such as Expedia, Booking.com or any other Online Travel Agency, please contact them directly for any changes to your existing reservation.

Cancellation terms and conditions

For reservations booked before March 17, 2020, with check-in dates April 01 – April 30, 2020, you have the following options:

  • Make a date change to another date in the future. If the new reservation cost is higher, you’ll be asked to pay the difference.
  • Cancel your trip and receive the value that you have paid in full to be used as a credit for a future stay.

For reservations with check-in dates after April 30, 2020, you have the following options:

  • Make a date change to another date in the future. If the new reservation cost is higher, you’ll be asked to pay the difference.
  • Cancel your trip and receive the value that you have paid in full to be used as a credit for a future stay.
  • Cancel in accordance with our standard cancellation policy.

Safety recommendations

The best line of defense against coronavirus is taking measures to avoid exposure. These are a few of the most effective preventative measures we can all practice:

  • Wash your hands frequently with soap—and for at least 20 seconds.
  • Use hand sanitizer if you do not have access to soap and water.
  • Avoid touching your face.
  • Avoid contact with sick people, and stay home and seek medical attention if you feel ill.
  • Read the CDC recommendations for further information.

What should I do if I am exposed to coronavirus during my stay?
