China's interest in Whistler is going to be well served by the introduction of this great new addition to the Village scene. GM Ronald Wong and his partner studied the local line-up for ten years. Of all the superb options Whistler has to offer there was no one catering to the emerging Chinese market and to the dishes that have been on their menus for thousands of years. The Chinese Bistro will change all of that with a view of Whistler Mountain from high above Mountain Square and authentic cuisine that is as delicious as it is beautiful. Tan Tan Noodles are just the start of an extensive menu featuring many favourite Chinese dishes. A spicy peanut sauce livens this favourite Shanghai meal. Peking Duck is world famous recipe in this case with a Mandarin/Cantonese presentation. Delicate crepes unfold to accept scallions, cucumber and crispy duck in build your own finger food portions.

Pot Stickers are a popular appetizer at The Chinese Bistro, but another comes from the daily Dim Sum menu and has to be Wontons in spicy garlic oil. Delicate but earthy they'll have you reaching for another sip of ice cold TsingTao. On the entre side Mongolian Beef is a sweet and spicy main course and an excellent companion to Spicy Green Beans. Is there a need to accommodate Vegetarian concerns? The Chinese Bistro is the answer. Many dishes on the menu are designed vegetarian or you can simply stipulate your desire to Amanda your lovely server. What is so compelling about The Chinese Bistro though is it's complete range of offerings.
