We are Purebread, a small bakery based in Whistler. Our aim is a simple one: to make really great bread and great tasty treats. We can be found at our bakery in Whistler, or at some of the best Farmers markets around the Lower mainland.

We are Purebread, a small bakery based in Whistler.Our aim is a simple one -to make really great bread and great tasty treatsIf its breakfast you're after then butter rich almond croissants, fresh baked muffins, nutella brioche, cream scones or the house made granola should do the trick.Mid-day the counter groans under the weight of fresh baked cookies, brownies, lemon drizzle, choc therapy or our much loved coconut banana loaf along other sweet temptations that will help fill the gap.There are also mountains of savoury brioche, pudgie pies, stuffed fougasse, pizza and cheese and chili cornbread which all make a great snack anytime of day.Or simply rip chunks off a fresh from the oven loaf of cheddar jalapeno, a warm crusty baguette or one of our other great breads.Our other much devoured favorites include oozy chocolate OMG's, our Adults Only cookies and if you get there early enough enjoy our double ginger cream or cheddar jalapeno scones.
