Spring season skiing and snowboarding continues at Whistler Blackcomb resort into late May 2012. Blackcomb mountain is open daily from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and provides excellent Spring conditions in the upper elevations. Enjoy a great adventure to the top of Blackcomb mountain into the 7th Heaven area and stop for lunch at the Horstman Hut. With a deep snow base and scenic views, the top of Blackcomb mountain is a memorable experience for your holiday group. The photo below was taken on May 22, 2012 and shows the snow base right to the bottom of Blackcomb mountain for access to the Wizard chair. Blackcomb mountain is also open for sightseeing with access by foot to the Wizard and Solar Coaster chairs.
