The large amounts of snowfall this season has left excellent ski and snowboard conditions at Whistler Blackcomb resort during the Spring season. There currently is great snow from the very top to the base of Blackcomb mountain. Enjoy a holiday in Whistler resort when you go for Spring skiing and snowboarding on the soft snow along the Pacific Coast. The photo below is from May 4, 2012 at the base of Blackcomb mountain. There was 5 cms on new snow at the very top of the mountain in the upper alpine 7th Heaven area. You can still ski and snowboard right to the base of Blackcomb mountain. Going from the very top at 7th Heaven to the base of Blackcomb is a great ski and snowboard experience. Whistler Blackcomb is open until May 28, 2012 for skiing and snowboarding from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This Spring season activity is highly recommended. Make sure to bring your sunscreen and camera.
